Experience Wisconsin State History at the Yawkey House Museum

This 1901 Classical Revival-style house with carriage house and formal gardens is a fine example of a wealthy lumberman's home at the turn of the century. It features stained glass windows, art glass light fixtures and many of the original furnishings. There is a nominal fee to visit this National Register of Historic Places property which is open year-round. It's less than a half-mile from Jefferson Street Inn.

9AM to 4:30PM Tuesday through Friday, 1PM to 4:30PM Saturday and Sunday
