Includes floats with twinkling lights, candy handed out by Santa's elves, the downtown tree-lighting, and a warming party after the parade in Great Hall with music, hot chocolate, and a visit with the jolly old elf himself.
Winter Fest, Jan. 26, Downtown Don't let winter weather keep you indoors, not when you have something like Winter Fest in Wausau to enjoy. There's a snow sculpture slide, ice skating, horse-drawn wagon rides, curling, fat tire bike demos, and dog weight-pulling competition, plus an indoor beach party at the Wausau Center Mall.
